Location We are conveniently located on the NE corner of I-25 and Woodmen at 7035 Campus Dr. Please schedule an appointment to visit our location and take a tour of the facility. You can reach us at (719) 598-5799. The grounds are available on Saturdays and Sundays for your ceremony and reception (if you like). The main building may also be included in this price depending on the needs of your wedding and its availability. A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required. 
The grounds are ideal for intimate ceremonies and outdoor receptions. Photo opportunities abound for the wedding party and their guests. From a beautiful gazebo, arbors, and fountains on the grounds to a romantic staircase and an exquisite chandelier in a grand foyer in the Victorian décor building, Elegant Beginnings gives you a fantastic setting for memorable photos. Use the building for your wedding for pictures, gift room, bridal suite, kitchen, restrooms for guests, and for wedding party facilities.
Pricing
The rental fee for the location is $1000 for a day, starting around 11 a.m. and ending around 5 p.m. You need only $100 down to reserve the date. You can make payments for the remaining amount up until 60 days before your wedding date.
Inside the Main Building
The foyer of the building is elegantly designed, lit with a dazzling chandelier, furnished with high back leather tufted chairs, marble floors and countertops, a dramatic staircase, and highlighted with exquisite art and romantic sculptures.
